Let's face it...we didn't pick the EASIEST of jobs! Social Work is rewarding but IT IS HARD! As someone who has suffered from burnout I am very dedicated to helping others find their balance and ensure that self-compassion and self-care come first! It's more than a monthly massage and a nightly bubble bath...it takes a village! Let's support one another!
